Kyriad Rouen Sud - Val de Reuil

Handy modern hotel very close to the A13 south of Rouen with a good choice of restaurants round the corner. We received a very warm welcome from the friendly gentleman on reception. The bedroom, certainly not the most roomy we have stayed in, although compact was very clean. The bed was very comfortable with 2 pillows each, one memory foam, (which was very comfortable too). The shower room was also very compact but very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great continental breakfast, more choice than other hotels we have stayed in.

So much I could say about this hotel! When we arrived, Booking.com hadn’t relayed the message to us that the hotel couldn’t accommodate us due to the fault of Booking.com. The manager on the front desk told us they didn’t have the room we needed but we could have an adjoining room for an extra cost. He then waived the extra cost for us because it wasn’t our fault! We were quite frazzled after a day of travel and a ferry crossing and he took the time to make sure we were ok and it showed that he actually cared! The rooms were clean, bright, spacious and well laid out. There was an assortment of tea and coffee available in the rooms and the bathrooms were lovely too with toiletries to use.

Every thing I want in an overnight stop. Seriously, this hotel ticked all the boxes. Namely, just off the motorway, with several good eating options walking distance so don't have to get in the car again. Clean, modern, comfortable, bar, dog friendly, good breakfast, good air-con AND a kettle in the room! Secure parking, friendly staff. Really good!

Very friendly staff. I arrived late cause of a precious reservation that turned ugly in some other place and they were very welcoming. The room is nice, week furnished, functional and died the job. Plus they have memory foam pillows. Super nice. Breakfast was good and properly furnished.

Comfy beds, friendly welcome. Clean. WiFi. A quiet hotel on the night we stayed. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast selection. Really easy to get to from autoroute (a good stop between the Ardeche and Dieppe, for the midday ferry home the following day). Good choice of restaurants within walking distance.
